Year 6 had a treat on Friday as they got to hold our new chicks. The chicks were very well behaved and were happy to fall asleep on our hands. We noticed that some of them were already starting to develop feathers on their wings and we are looking forward to watching them grow over the next few days.

Year 6 had a wonderful time working with local author, Adam Bushnell last week. We were working on a plan to write a descriptive piece about a zombie apocalypse. We designed our zombies and discussed some amazing vocabulary ideas to describe them. We even got dressed up to help us think about mutations and monstrous creatures.

This afternoon, Y6 and Reception class spent their Buddy Time exploring some activities on Purple Mash. The Y6 children were able to show their buddies how to create some wonderful digital art work and play some games. Everyone had a fantastic time.
