Outdoor Learning Day

Last Thursday was Outdoor Classroom day and our children used our fantastic school grounds to enjoy some outdoor learning. Some of the activities that took place were scavenger hunts, potion making, orienteering, mini-beast hunts, active games and making symmetrical patterns. Girls Football Tournament

St. Cuthbert’s girls football team played in their first tournament tonight. They came top in their group stage after winning all of their games, scoring 11 goals and keeping a clean sheet. Library Club

Tuesday was the last session of Library Club for our Y2 children. We read the story of The Gingerbread Man and the children enjoyed joining in with some of the parts and then re-telling it to their friends.
