Mary’s Baptism

As part of our RE topic we have been talking about Baptism. We have been looking at photographs of our own special day and noticing what all of the photographs had in common. We noticed that the outfit the baby wore was white, holy water was poured on the babies head and a special candle was given. Deacon Peter kindly said he would baptise our baby in church so we could all see what happens. We took our baby over to church. We decided her name would be Mary and some of us took on the role of parents and godparents. Thank you Deacon Peter for giving up your time to baptise baby Mary.
