For our final week of club, year 1 and 2 watched the story of The Very Last Leaf followed by the story of Stick Man. Together, sticks and leaves make trees so they started by drawing around their hand and arm to create a tree trunk. After, they used sponges to create autumnal leaves.

Today, 35 children from years 1-6 attended cross country at EDC. The children were amazing ambassadors of St Cuthberts, showing excellent sportsmanship towards each other and runners from other schools. We are incredibly proud of the resilience shown today from all runners. Well done!
