Welcome to Year 5
From September 2025, the staff in Year 5 will be Mrs Parlett and Mrs Donnelly.
Mrs Parlett is the class teacher and the Deputy Head and Mrs Donnelly is in class most mornings. Mrs Donnelly will be teaching the class on Thursday afternoons and Fridays.
The Long Term Overview below shows you what we are learning about in different subjects across the year. In Year 5 we also go on residential to North Yorkshire – some information is shared below.
Children will have break times with friends in all other year groups – please make sure that they have wellies and plimsolls in school so that they can play with all of our outdoor equipment all year round.
Spellings lists will be available to practise on Spelling Shed.
