Last week, Year 5 took part in a Lego workshop provided by North East Raising Aspirations. Our task was to work in groups to build a vehicle with 4 wheels that would travel down a ramp. We had a list of things that had to be included on the vehicle and then we could add our own design features. After testing our creations out, we had a competition to see which vehicle travelled the furthest. The workshop was a great opportunity for us to work with others, practise our listening and collaboration skills and use problem solving to create an end product.
