Year 5 – Clay Dragon Eyes
Year 5 enjoyed getting their hands messy yesterday and thinking about the patterns and textures they have observed in their work on eyes this term in art. We used clay to sculpt a tile in the style of a dragon eye using moulding and sticking with scratch and slip as well as using tools to make impressions and carve shapes and texture into the surface of the clay.
