St. Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School Seaham
We have had a fantastic day of adventures today. This morning, we had a go at a climbing wall. Although some of us were a bit nervous at first, by the end of the session, everyone had been to the top of the wall. Great resilience and determination was shown by all.
After lunch, we had a trip up the River Wear on canoes. It took us a while to learn how to steer and power the boats but, once we had mastered it, there was no stopping us. We had races, chased after rubber ducks, splashed each other and then had a leisurely cruise back to the shore.
At the end of the day, we returned to school for some food and some more fun in the sunshine.
