Friday 10th October is World Mental Health Day.
To raise awareness of promoting positive mental health and well-being, we have been sharing ideas of how we look after our own mental health. We shared ideas of thing they do to help them to feel calm and relax. They made a list of suggestions to share with others. Some of the activities included; going for a walk, doing some drawing or taking a warm bath.
After that, we thought about what activities we could do in school to help promote positive mental health. Each class were able to come up with lots of great ideas. Our Mental Health and Well-Being ambassadors will use these suggestions to plan some activities for in the future.
