Staying safe in the swimming pool

On Monday, year 4 attend their swimming lesson with Catherine. Before leaving, the children explored around the outside of the pool looking at the important information which helps us to stay safe when in water. Catherine gave the children an opportunity to hold and look at some of the equipment used if someone needed saving.

Together they talked about the flags they may see when at the beach and what dangers may occur when they are out and about in Seaham or on holiday.
