Compliments & Complaints

The education of all pupils that attend St Cuthbert’s RCVA Primary School is of paramount importance to us. Our school is linked to the Parish of St Cuthbert’s as well as the local community.

We are always pleased to receive compliments and these can be passed on either directly to staff or the SENCO.

Any complaints will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. These concerns are usually sorted out informally, often as a result of discussions, or become formal complaints.
