Good morning to all the children still working hard from home!

This week are looking at ratio in maths.
I’d like you to read the sheet on google classroom carefully and answer using the pictures to help you. This will give you the foundation for what you are going to be learning this week.

For English we are going to start work on J.K Rowling’s new story, The Ickabog.

I would like you to read chapter 1 and as you are reading, note down the characters which appear.
You should choose one character to illustrate in good detail to give the reader a closer look at the character you have chosen. It should be in fitting with the character’s description. You should label around your illustration the qualities and features of the character you have chosen.
You can add your own detail as long as it fits in with the type of character they are describing.

Once you have completed this, complete the impressions sheet attached google classroom to share what you think about the story so far.

For spanish today I would like you to look at how you would introduce yourself to someone new. “Me llamo “is “my name is …”
Watch the video, practice introducing yourself. You may want to say something you like or you dislike alongside this. You can do this by speaking it or writing it.
Then once you have finished you can listen to the song from the powerpoint.
I have attached some sound files to help you with your pronunciation.
