This week in science club we were learning about static electricity.
We designed our own charactered then charged up the atoms in our balloons by rubbing them on our jumper. When we held the balloon next to our characters they floated or stuck to the balloon.
Then to end our club we looked at the effects of static electricity when we rubbed the balloons on our heads. Results: Crazy hair!
