The A and B Team played their first league matches of the season today against Ribbon Academy.
The A Team played first and wasted no time in attacking the opposing team’s goal. It wasn’t long before the first goal was scored and they just kept coming after that. Some excellent team-work and brilliant passing and moving ensured the game was won comfortably. Player Of The Match was awarded to Marcus for making some fantastic passes, brilliant runs and supporting the goal scorers. Well done boys.
The B Team played second, their first ever league match as a team. They were up against a very strong side. They struggled a bit in the first half, it took them a while to find their feet but when they did, they did not disappoint. They made some great passes and put some fantastic balls in the box. Unfortunately, it wasn’t their day as they just couldn’t find the finish they needed. Player of the match went to Jude who made some amazing saves! It was a great first game together and gives us plenty if points to build on for next time. Well done boys.
