Great Athlete Event 2026!

Today, we launched our 2026 Great Athlete event with a short video message from our guest athlete – Sean Gaffney!

Sean has competed in both the Invictus Games and the Commonwealth Games. Over the years he has made some incredible achievements including: holding 13 national titles as a Para-powerlifter and indoor rower, gained over 30 world records for indoor rowing and skiing along with achieving 2 gold, a silver and a bronze medal at the Invictus Games.

On 18th March, Sean will come into school to run an afternoon of upbeat, fast paced activities for the children to take part in. As a school last year, we raised over £1500 which allowed us to upgrade and buy new playground equipment for the school.  Tonight, your child/children will be bringing home a sponsor form with lots of different activities to enjoy on the back.

Sponsorship money can be brought into school up until Monday 23rd March or, alternatively, can be added to our online portal via the link below.
