St. Cuthbert's Catholic Primary School Seaham
Reception class are taking part in the RSPB big bird watch. This week, we talked about how we could attract more birds to our school area. The children thought about worms so we decided that food would be a good idea. We spent the afternoon making some bird feeders. We used lard and bird seed and cardboard to create our feeders.
We will then hang them in our trees and next week spend some time bird watching.
We also learnt the names of some common birds.
