Our School Sports Crew are Year 5 and 6 pupils who help out with sporting activities in school and also our roving reporters who bring you news about competitions, sports events and local clubs.

Fencing

Grown ups were treated to a demonstration from the after school fencing club tonight. Children got to show off all of the skills and tactics they had learnt in the last 5 weeks and even compete with the electrical equipment used in proper competitions. Today, some of our Year 5 and 6 children represented our school in the Swimming Gala hosted by Easington Sports Partnership at Peterlee Leisure Centre. Sportshall Athletics

Today some of our children attended the Hi-5 netball festival. There were seven schools in total and the girls showed excellent communication and team-work on their way to a third place finish overall. Well done girls!

Both of our teams were playing in a league fixture tonight against Ryhope Juniors. Well done Roman!

A huge well done to Roman in Year 3, who came 1st in a dancing competition.
