Friday 20th March

Good morning year 6.
Hope you are all well!
Please find below some tasks for you to carry out today.

Remember, although we do not have to think about sats, we still need to prepare for our transition to secondary school so it is important that we are still keeping our skills and knowledge up to date. I know you all want to go to secondary school making a great first impression and I am sure that will be the case.

For today:
Reading plus – 2 activities
SPaG.com – 2 tasks
Ultimate KS2 sats revision – comment on Google classroom to let me know what activity you have been on and what maths skills you have been practising today.

As an active maths task i’d like you to look around your home and find items which are 2D and 3D shapes. Take a photograph and send me the items you have found with labels identifying which shape they are.

Challenge:
What is a dodecahedron? Can you find one?

Stay in touch Year 6! 🙂
