Year 1’s Liturgical Prayer looked at important words from God’s Promise. In God’s Promise, it says that we should share what we have especially with people who have little or nothing. In Year One, we have been reading The Tiger Who Came to Tea. We have looked at the key features of instruction writing and followed a set of instructions. Year 1 Computing

Year 1 have been improving their mouse skills in computing this week. We looked at Wassily Kandinsky’s art work and created our own artwork using 2paint on Purple Mash. We found it tricky at first, but we had lots of fun and definitely improved our mouse skills.

We have had a really fun week in Year 1. We had our Christmas party, where we danced and played lots of games. We have also had a special visit from Santa. We sang songs with him and told him one thing we would like for Christmas. He said that we were all on the nice list.
