Welcome to Class 6
The main staff team in Year 6 are Miss Huntley and Mrs Prest. Our job this year is to make sure you not only learn new knowledge and skills and make the most of your final year at St. Cuthbert’s but you become ready to move onto Secondary School.
Miss Huntley is your class teacher and Mrs Prest your teaching Assistant. Mrs Prest will be in every morning and some afternoons. Mrs Donnelly will be in class some afternoons teaching you as well.
Our children in Year 6 are role models for other children in the school during break and lunch times and have the opportunity to spend time and play with Reception Class buddies. We will have break times with our friends in all other year groups – please make sure that you have wellies and plimsolls in school so that you can play with all of our outdoor equipment all year round.
